Introducing … Hayloft & old Stables - stand-alone or a perfect combo

We’ve designed these two cottages, The Hayloft and The Old Stables, as great individual properties right on the river – or to be enjoyed as one large, super family ‘get together’ house. It’s an extremely popular formula, ideal for those who want to enjoy a break away in each other’s company, but maybe do their own thing at times too.

Each of the cottages sleeps up to 4 guests and can be booked individually, or together as Old Stables + Hayloft to sleep 8.

Introducing… The Mill House with disability suite

The largest and most luxurious home-from-home in our exquisite riverside garden setting, the Mill House is the ultimate space where everyone can enjoy time away together and relax.

The Mill House sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms. The stylish ground floor bedroom doubles up as part of a homely, fully equipped disability suite, making it particularly suitable for adults with more elderly or less mobile friends /relatives or guests with health conditions or impairments in their party.

A touch of retro combined with thoughtful contemporary styling, big windows with beautiful garden views, patios and exquisite attention to detail make this a place to remember – and make the most precious of memories.

And finally… the unique Riverside

 Last, but by no means least is our adorable Riverside  – a superb space for two over two floors, nestled within the historic watermill building itself. Luxuriously furnished and spot on with every modern comfort, the cottage incorporates an illuminated viewing gallery looking into the actual mill wheel workings. Although the workings no longer turn, it’s a wonderful experience to hear and watch the River Deben gushing by, and one much-loved by our guests …
